At the beginning of summer we cordially invite you to the summer concert of the Mexican soprano Patricia Trujano Granados in the baroque ambience of the Salvatorsaal in Maraihilf. Together with the Austrian pianist Andreas Wagner, she will guide you through works by F. Chopin, S. Rachmaninov, C. Orff, G. Puccini, R. Schumann, J.S. Bach, H. Purcell. The Salvator Hall, which is under monument protection, only offers a limited number of seats.

Patricia Trujano Granados

Born in Oaxaca, the Mexican soprano studied singing at the renowned National Conservatory
in Mexico City and completed numerous master classes under the direction of greats such as Monserrat Caballe,

Joan Dornemann or Maurice Steger. She performs on the most important stages in Mexico (Palace of Fine Arts, Nezahualcoyotl room) and also gives solo concerts in many European countries. She won numerous competitions and was 2012 with the state culture prize “Salvador

Moreno” excellent. Patricia is also known as an ambassador of traditional Mexican music through a large number of concerts. Webpage: patriciatrujano.com

Andreas Wagner

became 1972 in Haslach/Muehl (OÖ) was born and received his first organ lessons from Gustav Auzinger. He studied organ at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with Alfred Mitterhofer and Roman Summereder and harpsichord with Gordon Murray. He also received music education training for these instruments. He completed courses with Harald Vogel, Keith Rosenhardt, Jan Raas and Jos van Immerseel and played concerts in Europe and the Far East. Andreas Wagner teaches piano, organ, harpsichord and accordion, is harpsichord répétiteur at the music school Wienerwald Mitte, Accompanist of the Viennese Vocal Ensemble and the Grinzing Church Choir as well as organist in the Grinzing Parish Church.
