German medical language

All of our courses are based on that “Common European Framework of Reference (GER)“, who guarantees qualified German lessons.

You work as a doctor, doctor, as an MTA or in the care sector and are interested in it, To perfect your German. We would be happy to offer you a suitable course. Our trimester courses for German in medical professions lead you quickly and safely to the desired level B1, B2, C1 and C2.
A professional team, trained and experienced in medical terminology, is at your disposal.

We would be happy to offer you the additional option, with us the exam for internationally recognizedÖSD-Diplome A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2 to be completed.

target group

These courses are designed as complete trimester courses, in which course participants, who already have language skills up to A2, a B1, B2-, Can work on C1 or C2 level with medical language skills.

These courses are also intended for course participants, who already have a basic knowledge of German, but still show room for improvement in dealing with medical vocabulary.

Furthermore, they are aimed specifically at prospective employees or employees who are already working in Austria in the care of non-German first language, who want to expand their language skills in the specialist medical language.

contents

There will be all four skills (Write, reading comprehension, Listening comprehension, Speak) treated. The teaching material is a textbook for B1 / B2 / C1 / C2, which was specially developed for the medical sector.

Another focus of the courses is imparting social skills. In addition to the well-founded acquisition of the specialist medical language, non-verbal elements of a language should also be taught, like body language, Speech melody and subtexts, which are essential for establishing a functioning relationship between caregivers and patients.
